Minibar Systems North America, a leader in the hospitality supply business, is seeking a dependable Full-Time Minibar Operations Supervisor to support minibar operations at an upscale hotel in Washington, DC. This role is hands-on and involves restocking minibars, maintaining inventory, and ensuring a positive guest experience.

• Restock minibars daily according to hotel standards
• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Receive and store minibar products
• Keep carts and storage areas clean and organized
• Assist with daily reports and basic data entry
• Provide excellent customer service to hotel staff and guests
• Support operations during weekends and holidays
• Follow all health and safety guidelines

• Authorized to work
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to read and understand computer-generated reports
• Ability to work 5 days per week, including weekends and holidays
• Physically fit: standing, walking, bending, pushing/pulling a stocked cart, and lifting 35–40 lbs
• Comfortable using email and basic Excel data entry
• Must pass a background check and drug screen
