ResponsibilitiesThe Senior Culinary Manager is the cultural and business leader of culinary operations, managing day‑to‑day activities while serving as an ambassador and liaison with the sales and operations team. They ensure the team embodies RRG values and focus on employee lifecycle, culinary execution, and financial success. They act as an advocate for the guest experience, lead the back‑of‑house team, uphold hospitality standards, and collaborate with the Senior Hospitality Team.
Food safety, staffing, purchasing, inventory, and cost control are critical, requiring excellent attention to detail, urgency, organization, and communication.
- 4 years as Exec Chef or equivalent in a fine‑dining operation
- Highly effective communicator through email, phone, video, and in‑person
- Up‑to‑date and passionate about culinary trends in the United States and abroad
- Exudes excellence in hospitality for internal and external guests
- Possesses excellent strategic planning skills, focused on delivering, executing, and assessing action plans
- Excels in time management, organization, and problem‑solving
- Ability to adapt and lead change
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Self‑driven, results‑oriented, with a solid track record of leading high‑caliber, upscale restaurants at a multi‑unit level
