• Lead the design, development, execution, and interpretation of clinical and population health analyses and reports
• Establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure actionable analytics
• Serve as a strategic business partner by providing thought leadership and subject matter expertise
• Provide consultative mentorship to colleagues across the organization
• Manage complex projects to successful completion while monitoring health and healthcare outcomes

• Master's Degree in Public Health, Nursing, Economics, Health Sciences, Informatics, Biostatistics, Statistics, Epidemiology, Pharmacy, or related field
• 7 years of experience in leading clinical and population health reporting and analyses
• 7 years of experience with coding languages and analytical software using claims, clinical, enrollment, and provider data
• 5 years of project leadership experience in a complex, matrixed environment
• 5 years of providing analytical consultation to various stakeholders

• Doctorate in Medicine, Public Health, Nursing, Economics, Health Sciences, Informatics, Biostatistics, Statistics, Epidemiology, Pharmacy, or related field
