Responsibilities

This is a full-time, on-site role in Washington, DC, for the position of Vice President of Clinical Services. The individual in this role will provide strategic leadership in clinical operations, oversee long-term care initiatives, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities include developing and implementing clinical programs, managing quality assurance and improvement strategies, and providing support to clinical teams to enhance care delivery.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams and contributing to strategic planning to drive excellence in patient services are key aspects of this position.

Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in Long-term Care and Clinical Operations, ensuring high standards of care and compliance.
  • Strong background in Strategic Planning, with experience in setting and achieving clinical and operational goals.
  • Knowledge and experience in Home Care and Behavioral Health services to address diverse patient populations’ needs.
  • Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills to collaborate effectively with dynamic teams.
  • Proficient problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive approach to challenges within the healthcare field.
  • Master s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple care facilities or clinical teams is an advantage.
