Physical Therapist Mobile Outpatient

Overview

We are looking for experienced and collaborative clinicians to provide outpatient PT services to patients in their homes in the Washington, DC region (and other nearby locations). This is outpatient therapy delivered to the patient's home, NOT typical home health. As a physical therapist, your job is fully centered around helping others. It takes technology, community, and equitable compensation to support therapists in this work.

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services in patients' homes or approved locations.
• Utilize Luna platforms and tools to document and manage care.
• Coordinate safety considerations, manage cancellations, and handle billing processes as needed.
• Assist in locating appropriate patient settings (home or facility) and support the therapist's workflow with technology-enabled solutions.

• State-specific physical therapy license
• Reliable personal transportation for therapists practicing outside city centers
• 1+ year of clinical experience
• Liability insurance
• CPR/BLS certification
