Job Description - CTL Associate III (250003DK)
DescriptionThe CTL Associate III conducts clinical research under minimal supervision. This position authors or revises SOPs that are technically sound, provides clear instructions to align with cGMP requirements and support efficient operations, conducts cell-based assays with ability to independently solve issues and optimize protocols. The CTL Associate III completes additional tasks as assigned.
QualificationsMinimum Education
- Bachelor's degree in basic science or a related field (Required)
- Master's Degree (Preferred)
Minimum Work Experience
- 2 years of progressive experience (Required)
At least 2 years of experience in a clinical lab or GMP/GLP setting (Required) - 1 year Supervisory experience (Preferred)
Required Skills/Knowledge
- Excellent aseptic/sterile techniques while working in clean rooms for manufacturing.
- Demonstrated ability to think critically with proven troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Capable of training others with clear instructions and technical expertise.
- Ability to operate and use multiple flow cytometers.
Responsible Conduct of Research
- Consistently demonstrates adherence to the standards for the responsible conduct of research.
- Plans, conducts and manages research projects within federal and institutional regulations and policies under the direction of the principal investigator.
- Uses research funds and resources appropriately.
- Maintains confidentiality of data as required.
- Meets all annual job-related training and compliance requirements.
- Conducts all cell-based release testing assays including phenotyping by flow, cytotoxicity, ELISpots.
