We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Vascular Surgery team at Med Star Washington Hospital Center. We're helping move cardiovascular care forward regionally and nationally through our Med Star Heart & Vascular Institute, with clinical research, better diagnostic tools, and advanced treatments that are always patient focused.
The role will be PRN with at least one shift per week, covering days, evenings and weekends.
Key responsibilities:
- Pre and post-operative care
- Determining plan of care
- History & Physical examinations
- Document progress notes
- Provide patient education
- Conduct follow-up cardiac evaluations
- Respond to urgent clinical inquiries
Ideal candidate:
Background experience in vascular surgery or a surgical setting; open to new graduates.
Salary: USD $75.00 per hour.
