Position: The Huber Reproductive Health Equity Legal Fellowship

Overview

The National Partnership for Women & Families is a nonprofit, non-partisan 501(c)3 organization that fights for equality and equity for all women and families to improve their daily lives. We are seeking a Huber Reproductive Health Equity Legal Fellow to provide policy and legal analysis to the Health Justice and Congressional Relations teams. This is a terrific opportunity for a recent law school graduate who wants to work in the movement for health equity and abortion justice.

The National Partnership for Women & Families has been on the forefront in the fight for women’s equality for 50 years, from health care and reproductive rights to fair pay and family friendly policies. Although we are not a reproductive justice organization, we are dedicated to the principles of reproductive justice—racial equity and justice, intersectionality, and centering the needs of those systematically oppressed and incorporating them into our daily work.

We believe that achieving health equity goes beyond improving access to care. Instead, we advocate for systemic change in accessing quality, equitable, culturally-responsive, and person-centered care. We also believe that our mission includes supporting the next generation of health equity leadership to strengthen our movement.
