As an Occupational Therapist (OT) in an inpatient rehab setting, you will play a crucial role in helping patients regain their independence and improve their quality of life following injury, illness, or surgery. Your primary responsibility will be to assess, plan, and implement individualized therapeutic interventions aimed at enhancing patients' ability to perform daily activities and achieve their rehabilitation goals. This Occupational Therapist will be working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team and providing compassionate care and support to 4-8 patients per day as they navigate their recovery journey.
Qualifications & Requirements:- Masters or Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Open to New Grads and Experienced Therapists
- Inpatient Rehab experienced preferred
- Must be detail oriented but also able to see the big picture
- Excellent communication skills across all levels
- Servant leader mindset
