About Us:

Side By Side Nutrition specializes in evidence-based, one-on-one counseling for adolescents and adults with eating disorders. We value inclusivity, social justice, and a team-focused, supportive work culture.

• Provide nutrition therapy to adolescents and adults with eating disorders.
• Maintain timely documentation (e.g., intake notes, progress notes) in Intake
  
  Q (EMR).
• Attend weekly team meetings and supervision.
• Collaborate with treatment teams and maintain professional boundaries.
• Respond promptly to client and team communications.
• See a minimum of 20 clients weekly.

• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN), licensed in Washington State.
• Preferred: experience with FBT, ARFID, and body image work.
• Commitment to HAES, social justice, and LGBTQ+ affirming practices.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Interest in providing family or group nutrition therapy is a plus.

• Flexible hours and schedule autonomy.
• Client referrals, marketing support, and billing training.
• Group and individual supervision, CEUs, and professional training.
