Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
Capitol Oral & Facial Surgery Center is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our dedicated team and support Dr. Shin in delivering outstanding patient experiences. Our practice provides exceptional oral and maxillofacial care with compassion, precision, and professionalism.
AboutThe Role
This is a full-time, front office administrative position ideal for someone with strong attention to detail and experience in dental or medical insurance coordination. The Patient Care Coordinator will manage the patient flow from scheduling to treatment completion, ensuring a seamless experience for both patients and our clinical team.

Responsibilities- Processing and submitting insurance claims and prior authorizations
- Reviewing and reconciling EOBs (Explanation of Benefits)
- Preparing forms and documentation for patient appointments and surgeries
- Scheduling patient consultations, procedures, and follow-up appointments
- Communicating clearly and compassionately with patients about their treatment and financial responsibilities.
- Prior experience in oral surgery, dental, or medical front office preferred
- Strong understanding of insurance billing and authorization processes
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Professional, team-oriented attitude and attention to accuracy
