Sr. Clinical Analyst
Participates as part of the clinical information systems team, including ED & OR systems, and performs liaison duties associated with the implementation, support, and maintenance for all aspects of the clinical information systems. This position provides problem tracking, resolution, on-going enhancement requests, active participation in systems testing, workflow redesign, change management, and continual education to facility employees and physicians.

Qualifications
Qualification
Bachelor s degree in Computer/Information Science or Healthcare with a minimum of 5 years experience in a healthcare, clinical, or health IT setting OR Master s degree in health information technology field with 3 years of experience.
Professional clinical degree
Implementation experience with hospital clinical applications.
Previous experience in nursing or clinical informatics preferred, to include Siemens, Opus, or other clinical systems.
Skills
Advanced working knowledge of clinical information systems (Cerner preferred).
Ability to work with end users to determined software specifications, hardware requirements and process improvement workflows.
Demonstration of strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
Language proficiency in English, with excellent written and oral communication skills.
Understanding of clinical workflow and operational processes within a department or interdepartmentally.
Comfortable and confident interacting with physicians and clinicians at all levels.
