Responsibilities- Perform CT examinations according to prescribed protocols, ensuring high‑quality diagnostic images.
- Maintain professionalism, courtesy, and a courteous demeanor to promote gateway services.
- Adhere to radiation protection and safety protocols for patients, staff, and self.
- Maintain equipment, exam rooms, and work areas neat and safe.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills—read, analyze, interpret information and respond to inquiries.
- Apply reasoning and problem‑solving skills to follow instructions and solve practical problems.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies (Joint Commission, ACR, Title 22) and hospital policies.
- Perform CT exams independently and follow physician’s orders.
- Access patient data, IV site patency, and laboratory values as needed.

- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Diploma from a certified radiologic technology school.
- Minimum one year of experience as a registered CT technologist; acute‑care experience preferred.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification (American Heart Association).
- Active American Registry of Radiology Technologists (ARRT)(CT) license.
