Our ideal candidate will meet the needs of the patient by having knowledge of the surgical procedure, preparing supplies, equipment, and instrumentation for surgical cases. Anticipates the needs in the surgical field when passing instruments and assists the surgical team in all procedures. The surgical technician is responsible for case clean up, patient positioning, moving patients, and room turnovers.

• High school diploma or equivalency
• Completion of an accredited surgical technology program or certification or degree from an accredited nursing program or equivalent required.

• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

• Ability to adapt to multiple changing priorities
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Knowledge of surgical instruments
