• Perform clinical functions, including phlebotomy.
• Perform administrative duties such as front‑office work, processing patient referrals, and verifying insurance coverage.
• Seamlessly transition between medical‑assistant clinical functions and administrative tasks, supporting a positive patient experience.
• Participate in cross‑functional rotations to develop skills across multiple healthcare‑center functions.
• Collaborate with other AHF employees and departments to reinforce the organization’s reputation as a trusted healthcare provider.

• Medical Assistant Certification or Medical Assistant Diploma required.
• Passion for advocating high‑quality patient care.
