Physical Therapist - OP Ortho, Vestibular, and Sports in Cap Hill
Position: Physical Therapist - Outpatient Orthopedics, Vestibular, and Sports
Location: Nova Care in Washington, DC
Schedule: Full Time – Monday through Friday, 40 hour work week
Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 per year
Incentives: Sign‑on Bonus up to $10,000 and/or Indefinite Student Loan Help

Our outpatient orthopedic team at Cap Hill is seeking an energetic, engaging, and personable licensed physical therapist (PT) to provide exceptional patient care to patients of all ages and abilities. On‑site mentorship is available for new graduate PTs.
Our clinicians average 10–12 patients per day with 60‑minute evaluations.

- Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services training and compliance with state/local/federal regulations
- Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
- Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members, and third‑party payors
- Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
- Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
- CPR certification
