- Performs a variety of routine and complex clinical laboratory tests in accordance with established standards and procedures, with minimal supervision. Level of supervision is determined by skill level and experience. Has a working knowledge of equipment, processing of specimens, test results, and time constraints of tests in their assigned area. If trained as generalists, they may be assigned to any area or to a combination of areas.

- Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm;
Holiday and every other weekend rotation

- $42.00 - 46.00, depending on experience
- Accurately performs routine and special clinical laboratory tests in the Core Laboratory (Chemistry, Hematology, Urinalysis, Coagulation, and Microbiology).
- Performs tests requiring independent judgment with minimal supervision.
- Has the capacity to operate clinical laboratory equipment in the completion of automated and manual procedures.
- Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology from an accredited college or university, or Bachelor's Degree in one of the chemical, physical or biological sciences with at least 1 year of pertinent full-time laboratory experience and/or training in the specialty or sub-specialty in which the individual performs tests.
- Must be certified through ASCP or AMT as a MT, CLS, or MLS.
- A minimum of 2 years relevant experience in Transfusion/Blood Bank.
