Travel Physical Therapist - Home Health

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a home health position in Washington, DC with 2 years of experience and Homecare Homebase/OASIS expertise.

Job Details

• Work in home health setting covering assigned zip codes within Washington, DC,

• Typical schedule is 5x8-hour day shifts, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM,

• Patient care delivered in patients' homes throughout the District,

• Use of Homecare Homebase for documentation and OASIS for assessments is required,

• May be required to float to cover another zip code as needed,

• Mileage is reimbursed from first to last patient of the day,

Job Requirements

• Current BLS certification required,

• Maryland physical therapy license required if applicable,

• Minimum 2 years of physical therapy experience required,

• Experience with Homecare Homebase and OASIS is required,

• Must have a reliable personal vehicle with valid driver's license and insurance,

• First-time travelers accepted if experienced with OASIS,

Additional Information

• Responsibilities include providing comprehensive physical therapy assessments and interventions to homebound patients,

• Mileage should be tracked and submitted weekly for reimbursement,

• Personal vehicle use is mandatory for all home visits,

• Candidates may be asked to float between zip codes as needed based on staffing demands,
