Responsibilities
  • Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting
  • Working hands-on with activities of daily living tasks:
  • Ambulation/Transfers
  • Bathing
  • Incontinence Care
  • Dressing/Grooming
  • Eating
  • Toileting
  • Serving clients with instrumental activities of daily living:
  • Cooking (Meal Prep)
  • Light Housework
  • Errands
  • Medication Reminder
  • Laundry
  • Ability to act quickly and responsibly to report cases of emergency and client change of condition
Qualifications
  • Credentials-Current CNA or HCA in Washington State, or the ability to complete the home care aid (HCA) program within 200 days of hire.
  • Education
    - High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience
    - Prior experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment preferred but not required.
  • Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation every day.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check prior to employment.
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with physical capability to perform job-related duties.
