The Role:We’re seeking a compassionate, skilled Clinical Staff Therapist to join our mission. In this role, you’ll deliver comprehensive assessments and evidence-based therapy to a diverse community. Success requires strong clinical judgment, autonomy, and exceptional communication—qualities that mirror the heart of our work.
How you’ll Help:- Conduct thorough mental health assessments to diagnose mental health conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy using a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
- Collaborate with clients to establish treatment goals and monitor progress.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
- Participate in case conferences and clinical supervision to ensure high-quality care.
- Stay abreast of current research and best practices in the field of mental health.
- Advocate for clients by connecting them with community resources and wrap‑around supports that enhance overall well‑being.
- Contribute to program development by bringing clinical insights that shape innovative services and improve outcomes.
- Engage in professional development and training opportunities to expand clinical expertise and support career growth.
- Foster a culture of inclusion and resilience, modeling empathy and cultural humility in every client interaction.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field; LPC, LSW, LCPC, LCSW
- Licensed or license‑eligible in the state of Illinois, Texas, Maryland or the District of Columbia.
- Experience providing mental health assessment and therapy to individuals with a range of mental health conditions.
- Demonstrated proficiency in a variety of evidence‑based therapeutic modalities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and frequent Saturdays.
We offer a competitive salary typically ranging from $61,300 to $75,900 annually, depending on experience and qualifications—plus a comprehensive benefits package.
