Interested in going to Medical School and gaining clinical experience? The International Spine, Pain & Performance Center is currently seeking a Patient Care Coordinator for Arlington VA and Washington, DC!

The International Spine, Pain & Performance Center is a medical and wellness practice highlighting fitness and nutritional services with offices in Arlington VA and Washington DC, grounded in interdisciplinary care and cutting‑edge technology, we focus on patient-centered outcomes and value-based care.

We represent a team of self-motivated individuals with professional demeanor functioning as a team. We are looking for someone to fit right in. Someone with excellent phone skills. The ability to multi-task, and work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail is a must.

• Report pertinent patient information to clinicians
• Maintain an organized clinic and procedural schedule
• Maintain HIPAA compliance with patient records
• Verify and update patient insurance
• Gather office notes and imaging reports
• Follow Standard Precautions when interacting with patients
• Maintain cleanliness and order of examination and procedure rooms
• Knowledgeable with an EMR system
• Assist physician with injections and procedures
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Proper and safe use of office equipment (C‑arm, Ultrasound, etc.)

• Job Type: Full-time
• Salary: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour

  Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
