Position: MRI Technologist
Sign-On Bonus: $6,250
ResponsibilitiesMRI Technologist responsibilities include performing imaging studies specific to special modalities such as Ultrasound, Mammography, Special Procedures, CT, and MRI. Technologists must be proficient in all areas of general diagnostic radiology. Responsibilities also include working in both in-patient and outpatient settings, ensuring MRI safety (implant considerations, pacemakers, and magnetic field suitability), using proper MRI pre-screening and related forms, understanding IV types and contrast injection techniques per ACR guidelines, and performing Point of Care (POC) testing as required to determine creatinine.
Preferred experience includes Cardiac, Breast, and Functional MRI scanning, as well as Neuro, Body and MSK scanning. Equipment references include 5T GE and Siemens platforms.

Qualifications- Minimum – Graduate of accredited school of radiography
- ARRT Required; MRI certification
- BLS certification
- Minimum of 3 years as a diagnostic technologist and/or MRI technologist in a hospital setting
