• Perform CT examinations according to prescribed protocols, ensuring high‑quality diagnostic images.
• Maintain professionalism, courtesy, and a courteous demeanor to promote gateway services.
• Adhere to radiation protection and safety protocols for patients, staff, and self.
• Maintain equipment, exam rooms, and work areas neat and safe.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills—read, analyze, interpret information and respond to inquiries.
• Apply reasoning and problem‑solving skills to follow instructions and solve practical problems.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies (Joint Commission, ACR, Title 22) and hospital policies.
• Perform CT exams independently and follow physician’s orders.
• Access patient data, IV site patency, and laboratory values as needed.

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Diploma from a certified radiologic technology school.
• Minimum one year of experience as a registered CT technologist; acute‑care experience preferred.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification (American Heart Association).
• Active American Registry of Radiology Technologists (ARRT)(CT) license.
