• Deliver engaging speech and language therapy sessions tailored to each child’s needs
• Conduct assessments under supervision and contribute to evaluation reports
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and fellow professionals to support communication goals
• Participate in supervision meetings and professional development opportunities
• Complete all required documentation, including SOAP notes, within agency timelines
• Manage your weekly schedule to maintain a minimum of 25 billable client hours

• Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Eligibility to begin the Clinical Fellowship as required by ASHA
• Active or pending licensure in Washington, DC, and/or Maryland
• Sincere passion for working with children and a drive to grow as a clinician
