The Cost/Pricing Analyst II supports the Chief of Pricing by providing expert guidance and recommendations on a wide array of cost and pricing matters essential to Air Force acquisition. This role plays a key part in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of complex pricing proposals and cost objectives within Federal, DoD, and Air Force contracting regulations. As the primary cost and price analyst for sensitive or high-stakes contracts, you will work closely with Contracting Officers to deliver reliable, data-driven pricing analyses that are critical to national security acquisitions.
This position requires expertise in evaluating proposals, applying Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), and providing insights on intricate cost and pricing issues to support mission-critical projects.
Qualifications:
- Education
:
Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science (BA/BS) degree in a relevant field. - Experience
:
Minimum of five (5) years of relevant DoD, Intelligence Community (IC), or industry experience, with at least one (1) year in a Special Access Program (SAP) or Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) environment within the past five years. - License
:
Valid and active driver’s license. - Clearance
:
Active TS/SCI clearance with eligibility for a Government Counterintelligence Scope Polygraph (CI Poly).

The Cost/Pricing Analyst III provides senior-level expertise to the Chief of Pricing by delivering advanced guidance and strategic recommendations on highly complex cost and pricing issues critical to Air Force acquisition and sustainment. This position requires the ability to independently address and resolve pricing challenges on mission-critical projects within Federal, DoD, and Air Force contracting frameworks. As a senior analyst, you will serve as a technical expert and key advisor for high-visibility programs, performing comprehensive cost and pricing analyses and supporting the development of innovative solutions for complex procurement needs essential to national security.

- Regulations in CAS
- Advanced working knowledge of Excel
- Provide input into the RFP
- Support reviews of proposals
- Assist with negotiating proposals
- Once the proposal is awarded it goes to another division.
Qualifications:
- Education
:
Master of Arts, Master of Science, or Master of Engineering (MA/MS/ME) degree in a relevant field. - Experience
:
Minimum of ten (10) years of relevant DoD, IC, or industry experience, including at least two (2) years in a Special Access Program (SAP) or Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) environment, with at least one (1) year of that experience within the past five years. - License
:
Valid and active driver’s license. - Clearance
:
Active TS/SCI clearance with eligibility for a Government Counterintelligence Scope Polygraph (CI Poly).
