As a Process Subject Matter Expert on our team, you’ll be trusted to modernize business processes by applying leading-edge concepts and tools. You’ll work closely with key stakeholders and other technical professionals to implement transformative processes.

In this role, you’ll directly impact government missions by providing important data to translate business needs to workable policies and processes. With opportunities to introduce new tools and skills, we focus on growing and collaborating as a team to make the best solutions for our customers.

• 10+ years of experience in federal government administration
• Experience in federal government consulting
• Knowledge of U.S. government policy and procedure formulation
• Ability to interface with senior government leadership to explain results
• Public Trust
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration

• Master's degree in Business Administration

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $ to $ (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
