Offer Contingent Upon Contract Award Position Overview

Crowned Grace International is recruiting a Senior Procurement Analyst (Policy & Documentation Analyst) to support acquisition policy development, documentation review, and process improvement activities for the U.S. Coast Guard. This role focuses on reviewing and updating acquisition guidance, ensuring consistency with FAR, DHS, and USCG policy, and supporting coordination with internal and external stakeholders. The position requires strong analytical and writing skills, as well as experience in federal acquisition policy environments.

Primary

Responsibilities
  • Review and analyze acquisition policies, procedures, and guidance for compliance and effectiveness.
  • Assist with drafting and updating acquisition policy documents, SOPs, templates, and guidance.
  • Provide FAR and DHS policy interpretation support to acquisition and program offices.
  • Support coordination with DHS PARM and internal USCG stakeholders.
  • Assist in responding to audits, reviews, and policy inquiries.
Required Experience & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting federal acquisition policy or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated experience interpreting FAR/DFARS and agency policies.
  • Strong analytical and technical writing skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting federal acquisition policy development or similar.
  • Familiarity with FAR, DHS Acquisition Regulation (HSAR), or agency supplements.
  • Experience drafting or updating policy documents, SOPs, templates, or similar.
  • Experience coordinating policy reviews across multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong technical writing and editing skills.
  • Experience responding to audits, reviews, or policy inquiries.

A successful background check and drug screen is required.
