Overview
OLH Technical Services, LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Travel Coordinator in Washington, DC.
Responsibilities- Serve as the lead point of contact for all domestic and international travel support.
- Proficient in federal government systems
- Prepare and process travel authorizations and vouchers in accordance with agency travel policy, Department of State regulations and the Federal Travel Regulation (FTR).
- Coordinate logistics such as airfare, lodging, ground transportation, and conference registration.
- Maintain accurate travel records and reconcile travel expenditures.
- Provide pre-travel briefings to staff and ensure compliance with travel rules.
- Assist travelers with resolving issues related to bookings, cancellations, or reimbursements.
- Track and report on travel activity, costs, and trends for program reporting purposes.
- Associate degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience in federal travel coordination
- Knowledge of Federal Travel Regulations and agency travel systems
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
