This position is located in the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Office of Partnership and Engagement, in Washington, District of Columbia.
Duties- Interpret data and provide actionable insights to drive informed decision‑making across the Victims of Immigration Crime Engagement Office (VOICE) program and engagement programs within the Office of Partnership and Engagement.
- Oversee the data collection processes.
- Review and analyze varied data for the purpose of data quality and program reporting.
- Collaborate with agency cross‑functional teams to design and deliver actionable information.
- Validate data accuracy, completeness, and integrity.
Conditions of employment for this position include the following.

Specialized
Experience:
GS‑13. Applicant must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent in difficulty and responsibility to the GS‑12 level, including three or more of the following.
- Analyzing data to identify trends and areas of required change.
- Reviewing data for use in programmatic decision making.
- Contributing to the development of assessments or data collection tools that gather feedback from recipients of a program or service.
- Creating reports that include data visualization to communicate findings from data analysis.
