Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Mortgage Loan Officer located in the Washington DC-Baltimore Area. The Mortgage Loan Officer will assist clients in navigating home financing needs by assessing financial documents and recommending suitable mortgage solutions. Key responsibilities include evaluating loan applications, guiding clients through the lending process, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The role involves providing professional advice, maintaining client relationships, and collaborating with underwriting teams to deliver exceptional service to borrowers.
Qualifications- Proven experience as a Loan Officer with expertise in the Mortgage Industry and Mortgage Lending
- Strong understanding of Underwriting processes and standards
- Exceptional Customer Service skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative on-site team environment
- Relevant license and certifications as required by state and federal regulations
- Experience in sales, finance, or related fields is a plus
