• Our client is a non-profit in DC that is focused on the performing arts!
• Due to a retirement, they are hiring a CFO to work hybrid (2 days in office, 3 days remote)!
• Schedule is Mon-Fri, 8a-5p.
• Pay: $75-82/hr depending on experience.
• This position would start as a contract and could go permanent based on performance and fit. The full-time salary range would be $170k-$180k.

• Provides strategic management of accounting and finance functions.
• Directs accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Recommends improvements to ensure financial integrity.
• Collaborates with CIO on technology decisions.
• Oversees financial systems upgrades.
• Manages relationships with investors and institutions.
• Identifies and manages business risks and insurance.
• Leads and supervises finance staff.

• Master’s degree preferred.
• CPA a plus.
• Experience with Sage Intacct is a plus.
• 5+ years of C-Suite experience required.
• Excellent communication skills.
