Overview

Senior Accountant/ Analyst/ Auditor – Asset Management

• Resource to support the analysis associated with GASB 87, 94, and 96 pronouncements
• Resource must be strong and well-versed with accounting in accordance with GAAP and government accounting standards, and have associated experience
• Specific experience and or exposure to working with GASB 87, 94, and 96 or GASB implementation and other GAAP pronouncements related to accounting for capital assets.
• Experience with reviewing and interpreting contracts/lease agreements
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial data.
• Strong accounting and financial statement preparation experience

• Requires a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience and a bachelor's degree. CPA, CGFM, CMA or CIA is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience at a Senior Accounting/Analyst/Auditor level related to engagements for
• financial institutions, real estate, public and/or private sector, Federal, State or Local government or other specialized area defined by a task order
