Financial Advisory - Digital Solutions Manager (Financial Reporting Automation)

This role focuses on leading and managing financial reporting automation and process improvement projects, driving efficient, compliant reporting solutions through technology-enabled implementations and best practice advisory.

Base pay range: $/yr - $/yr

• Bachelor's and/or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with CPA Certification highly preferred.
• Workiva Delivery Certification highly preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in financial reporting, including SEC reporting and statutory reporting, with a proven track record of project management.
• Experience managing financial reporting automation projects through technology implementation and process improvement.
• In-depth knowledge of financial reporting, crafting customized solutions that meet regulatory requirements.
• Workiva implementations and optimizations within the Financial Reporting solution.
• Demonstrated ability to project manage and deliver on complex engagements.
• Able to work as part of a team or be an individual contributor.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Skilled in navigating and managing client relationships, building trust, and establishing credibility as an advisor.

• Deliver and project manage financial reporting automation projects, including Workiva implementations, ensuring alignment with client objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and execute financial reporting process improvement roadmaps, assessing current reporting environment and advising on best practices for streamlining and automating the reporting process.
• Serve as the primary liaison with clients at the project team level, fostering strong relationships and ensuring clear communication and alignment on project status and deliverables.
• Lead by example, setting high standards for integrity, professionalism, and client service, fostering an environment that encourages innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
