• Uses best practices and knowledge in the field of Financial Improvement Coordination to provide special functional or technical expertise in operations and transformation services.
• Performs studies of metrics, performance measurements, requirements, reports, and recommendations.
• Interprets results using a variety of advanced qualitative and quantitative techniques.
• Participates in translating requirements and use cases during solution design and implementation to ensure a clear and concise understanding of requirements.
• Assists in the formulation and implementation of strategic plans.
• Assesses proposed solutions for compliance and determines which fit the business need.
• Provides tutorship to junior analysts.
• Coordinates with the client at the division director level.

• Six (6) years related experience in financial improvement initiatives.
• Excellent proficiency in verbal and written communication with personnel at all levels.
• Experience in independently managing projects and strong management skills.
• Secret (Interim Clearances acceptable). Candidate selected will be subject to a government background investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or accounting.
