Compensation: $75,000 - $98,000

Addison Group is a highly respected and mission-driven organization in the DMV area seeking an individual experienced with corporate and nonprofit tax filings, including Forms 1120 and 990T, with a strong grasp of tax regulations and UBIT.

• Prepare work papers for federal and state business income tax filings, including apportionment and tax models.
• Maintain detailed documentation for IRS Form 990T, 1120 filings, and overhead allocation schedules.
• Collect and compile K-1 investment data and coordinate with external tax advisors.
• Generate financial reports and saved searches using Net Suite.
• Research complex tax positions and recommend best practices.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to gather internal data and improve tax processes.
• Forecast and manage estimated tax payments; administer online tax accounts.
• Prepare tax-related General Ledger journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Assist in deferred tax asset accounting and policy development.
• Stay up to date on changes in tax laws, forms, and accounting standards.

• 5+ years in Finance/Accounting or business modeling roles.
• Experience preparing and supporting business tax filings (1120, 990T).
• Familiarity with for-profit and nonprofit tax compliance.
• Experience using financial systems like Net Suite & Adaptive Planning.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or Business Administration.
