We are currently seeking a Financial Analyst to support a project in Washington, DC. The role involves applying financial improvement coordination best practices to develop solutions, conducting client sessions to define requirements, analyzing and documenting processes, and coordinating with client leadership.

• Develop integrated solutions for technical and business issues using financial improvement coordination expertise.
• Conduct facilitated sessions with clients to gather detailed requirements.
• Analyze and document business processes and problems to improve or automate systems.
• Coordinate with client leadership at the branch head level.

• Minimum of 3 years experience in financial improvement initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills across all levels of personnel.
• Proven ability to manage projects independently.
• Secret security clearance (interim acceptable); ability to pass a background check for access to classified information.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or accounting.
