A fast-growing renewable energy developer in the Washington, D.C. area is seeking a Corporate Development & Finance Manager to support project/portfolio finance, tax equity transactions, and corporate financial (M&A) strategy across solar and energy storage projects.
Key Focus- Solar PV and battery storage M&A
- Due diligence and investment support
- Cross-functional collaboration with development and origination teams
- 3+ years in Renewables or Real Estate M&A, or corporate development
- Strong commercial analysis, transaction support financial modeling and Excel skills
- Experience with solar and/or energy storage projects is preferred
- Clear communicator with a proactive mindset
