BEAM Global is forming its Strategic Advisory Board — starting with a Capital & Investor Strategy Advisor.
This is not an operational role and not a replacement for our Chief Partnerships & Capital Officer.
This is a senior advisory seat for someone who has been in the room where capital decisions are made.
About BEAM Global
BEAM is a purpose-driven, multi-vertical movement focused on identity, leadership, healing, and holistic development across Men, Women, Youth, Media, and Academy platforms. We operate at the intersection of impact, culture, faith, technology, and community—and we are entering a focused capital formation phase.
Who We’re Looking ForA seasoned capital leader with experience in one or more of the following:
Venture Capital, Private Equity, or Family Office leadership
Impact investing, philanthropic capital, or hybrid funding models
Structuring nonprofit + for-profit capital strategies
Faith-adjacent, community, or mission-driven investments
You’ve helped close checks. You understand narrative as much as numbers. And you know how to open doors without forcing them.
Primary Responsibilities
Shape BEAM’s capital narrative alongside the Founder and Chief Partnerships & Capital Officer
Provide strategic guidance on fundraising structure (SAFE, advisory equity, programmatic and blended capital)
Make warm introductions to aligned investors ($250K–$2M range)
Serve as a trusted capital thought partner to leadership—not a day-to-day operator
Monthly advisory meeting with BEAM’s leadership team
One monthly 1:1 strategy session with the President, BEAM Global
Ad hoc calls as needed around capital strategy and key conversations
Compensation
Equity: 0.25% – 0.75% (advisory equity, vesting-based)
Optional success-based bonus tied to capital raised
No salary — this is an advisory role, not employment
