Overview
Kearney and Company is seeking a Senior Financial Accountant/Auditor to join the team. This position will be responsible for performing a multitude of financial management activities including financial reporting, financial operations, internal controls, and risk management.
QualificationsRequired Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree from an accredited college/university
- Minimum 10 years experience with financial reporting, knowledge and application of GAAP, audit/assurance, internal controls and risk management
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance (requires U.S. citizenship)
- Ability to effectively communicate via written and verbal interactions
- Experience developing, formulating and maintaining policy and procedures
- Experience generating monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to work independently and produce high quality deliverables with minimal errors or rework
- Utilize technology to share knowledge with team members, develop skills, and continually learn

The expected salary range for this position is between $103,000 and $180,000. This range is representative of base pay only and does not include straight time pay for hours worked over 40 per week, company contributions towards paid benefits, and/or bonuses. Actual compensation (meeting or exceeding the range) will be determined based on specific experience, education, work location, clearance level, and other factors permitted by law.
This position is eligible for bonuses (when applicable).
