Ranked Band 1 by Chambers Global for its worldwide work, the practice is recognized for the quality of tax advice it provides, covering all aspects of tax planning and transactions, dispute resolution, tax policy, transfer pricing, indirect taxes, and wealth‑management tax advice and planning.
Responsibilities- Advise a diverse range of clients on the structuring of domestic and cross‑border investments, private‑investment offerings, and mergers and acquisitions.
- Draft and negotiate related contracts and investment documents.
- Draft memoranda and opinions on the most current, complex US tax issues.
- 3–7 years of relevant tax experience in areas such as real‑estate tax (REITs, qualified opportunity zones, 1031 exchanges), private equity (fund formation, carried interest, M&A), partnership tax and joint ventures, energy (tax‑credit monetization), and family‑office structuring.
- Strong ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and collaborate with colleagues across practice groups and countries.
- Top academic credentials; an LLM in taxation is not required but may be favorably considered.
- Must be admitted to and a member in good standing of the local bar of the office to which the candidate is applying.

Pay Transparency- Bonus eligible with benefits such as medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) based on number of hours worked.
- US base compensation: $260,000 to $435,000 annually or hourly, depending on location and additional factors.
