Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) - Manager (Technical)
Riveron is looking for an FP&A Manager (Technical) to help public and private organizations improve performance and achieve growth.
Base Pay Range$/yr - $/yr
Who You Are- Bachelor’s in business or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 5+ years of relevant experience in consulting, corporate FP&A, or business operations
- Knowledge of analytics platforms and data visualization tools; technical skills include proficiency in SQL, Alteryx, Python, or other coding languages
- Experience with Tableau, Power
BI, Looker - Experience conducting analysis of operational processes and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities
- Experience with Net Suite, SAP, Oracle, Quick Books, Microsoft Dynamics
- Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office skills
- Advanced knowledge of accounting and finance
- Passion for developing and maintaining client relationships
- Results‑oriented, fun, and communicative; can create compelling stories from data
- Thrives in dynamic, ever‑changing work environments; identifies problems and seeks solutions
- Enjoys internal and external initiatives such as community service, training, recruiting, firm events
- Willing to travel as required based on client location
- Execute project plans and deliver solutions across FP&A domains: performance visibility, financial planning, interim FP&A, decision support
- Performance visibility – deliver end‑to‑end reporting solution, KPI/metric selection, back‑end data solution, visualization dashboards
- Financial planning – assist clients with forecasting, budgeting, planning technologies, long‑range models
- Interim FP&A – support clients as interim FP&A leader
- Decision support – provide 13‑week cash flow models, ROI models, pricing analysis, revenue and profitability analysis, organizational design
