Signal Financial is a progressive and growing credit union with over 24,000 members and more than $400 million in assets. We are committed to building a new way of banking for our current and future members in the Washington Metro area. Our goal is to become a progressive multi-billion-dollar financial institution by reinventing the way we operate, particularly in how we enhance the member experience.
We aim to do this by being innovative, creative, and nimble in offering distinctive products and services.
The Float Member Relationship Advisor (MRA) will be based in Washington DC and is responsible for delivering the distinctive Signal member experience across multiple branch locations. To compensate for this required travel, the minimum starting pay for this position is $28.00 per hour.
The MRA will establish rapport and trust with members, identify financial needs and goals through a comprehensive financial review process, and recommend appropriate solutions. The MRA will refer members to business line partners as needed and manage the member relationship beyond the initial new account opening through an onboarding process. The role also involves facilitating off‑site presentations to existing and prospective Select Employer Groups (SEGs) to grow our membership.
In addition, the MRA will handle ongoing member service and account maintenance transactions, including cash handling. This position requires the ability to be a Notary Public in the state where you are assigned to work.
