Role: Non‑Profit Senior Accountant

Salary: $85,000 – $90,000

Location: Washington, D.C.

Office

Schedule:

3 days on site

• Bachelor’s degree in a business‑related field
• Non‑profit industry experience
• 3+ years of month‑end and financial statement preparation experience

• Lead and manage the monthly and quarterly close process
• Prepare bank reconciliations, balance sheet accounts, and other general ledger accounts as needed
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and internal management reports for leadership and program teams
• Assist in preparing grant‑specific financial reports and invoices
