As an Engagement Manager you will lead and execute due diligence and post‑transaction engagements for private equity funds and portfolio companies. You will drive strategic insights, manage technical and operational execution, and forge strong client relationships.

• Professional experience in commercial or operational due diligence within a management consulting firm.
• Experience across private‑equity industries or within private equity.
• Proficient in customer research techniques (interviews, surveys, focus groups, etc.).
• Strong strategic problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in formal and informal settings.
• Fluent in English.
• Undergraduate or advanced degree from a strong academic program.
• Proactive in learning new skills and applying them.
• Creative thinker capable of generating novel ideas.
• Analytical aptitude for extracting insights from large data sets.
• Team‑player who works fluidly and respectfully with highly talented colleagues.

Base Salary Range: $225,000 – $240,000 (determined by experience, skills, and location)
Bonus: Performance‑based incentives possible.
