• Salary up to $100,000

• Develop a deep understanding of clients  investment goals and objectives in the Pac NW region
• Provide insightful commentary on market movements and economic trends, educating clients on complex financial concepts
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved promptly
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior clients to enhance advocacy with investment teams
• Tackle client issues proactively by engaging appropriate internal stakeholders for timely solutions

• Minimum of 5 years of client-facing experience in a structured intermediary distribution business
• Strong relationship management and business development skills with existing cross-channel relationships being a plus
• Solid background in fixed income/ETF and a fundamental understanding of alternatives
• Ability to effectively communicate complex financial instruments and investment processes
• Required licenses:
  Series 7, 63/65, and 31 or Series 7, 66, 31

• CFP, CIMA, and/or CFA/CAIA designations
• Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with the ability to manage multiple demands
• Strategic thinking and strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-up
• Desire to contribute to business development in a growing firm
