Overview
Compensation: Up to USD 150,000 total package
Reports to: Chief Operating Officer – Americas
Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Finance Operations Partner to act as the primary finance counterpart and trusted advisor to the Americas COO. This is a highly visible, hands-on role combining operational finance execution with senior-level business partnering across the Americas.
You will oversee day-to-day financial operations, ensure accurate and timely reporting, and provide financial insight to support operational and strategic decision-making. This role is ideal for a strong finance operator who enjoys ownership, autonomy, and close collaboration with leadership.
Responsibilities- Senior finance partner supporting the Americas COO and leadership team
- Payroll & Staff Expenses - 15 Staff across US / 2 Staff Brazil
- End of Month Journal Provisions / Closing Ledgers
- Monthly Sales Tax Reporting & Submission - Multiple States & Brazil
- Weekly bank reconciliation
- Oversee – Billing & Collection
- Little to No Expense - Booking of Parent Company Re-Charge Invoice
- Ad Hoc analysis & deep dive investigations into revenue trends
- 5–8+ years’ experience in finance operations, controllership, or accounting roles
- Proven experience partnering with senior operational or executive stakeholders
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Month-end close, Payroll and expense management
- Experience working in multi-entity or international environments (Brazil exposure a plus)
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with modern accounting systems preferred (e.g., Net Suite)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently
- Clear, confident communicator able to translate numbers into insight
