Financial Analyst (FP&A) – Hybrid | Washington, DC (Dupont Circle)

A privately owned, fast‑growing AI and data analytics organization—serving healthcare, pharma/clinical trials, government, and academic clients—is seeking a Financial Analyst (FP&A) to support continued expansion. The company is scaling quickly (currently ~$10M, projected ~$15M by year‑end) and is adding staff to strengthen its finance function.

About the Role

The Financial Analyst will serve as the bridge between an overseas outsourced accounting team and the local CFO
, supporting financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and process improvement initiatives. This role is ideal for someone sharp, collaborative, curious, and eager to learn—the culture emphasizes attitude and team fit over checking every technical box.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Analytical, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Experience with Quick Books and
• Exposure to AI, healthcare, or tech environments
• Project‑based accounting or data analytics experience

• Hybrid schedule:
  In‑office Tuesdays and Thursdays in Dupont Circle; remote on remaining days
