Overview
Our client, a high-profile non-profit organization located in Washington, DC, seeks a CFO to join its Executive Leadership Team. This role is both strategic and hands-on, as well as growth and mission oriented. Position will oversee accounting and finance functions including FP&A, treasury, compliance, financial reporting, and financial systems. Position will work closely with operations team and external service providers.
Responsibilities- Oversee accounting and finance functions including FP&A, treasury, compliance, financial reporting, and financial systems.
- Collaborate with operations team and external service providers to support organizational goals.
- 15+ years’ progressive experience, including senior leadership experience in a non-profit environment.
- CPA and 501c3 experience preferred.
Compensation targeted up to 250K base + very good benefits. Position is hybrid requiring 2-3 days in office per week. Salary: 250K
