We are partnering with a trusted client in the Baltimore area seeking a Senior Tax Accountant with strong experience in partnership taxation. Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review partnership tax returns and supporting schedules.
  • Assist with federal, state, and local tax compliance for complex partnership structures.
  • Support quarterly and annual tax provisions, estimates, and extensions.
  • Conduct research on partnership tax issues and prepare technical memos as needed.
  • Assist with maintaining tax records and documentation for compliance and audit support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across accounting, finance, and operations.
  • Support tax planning initiatives and contribute to process improvements.
  • Participate in special projects and ad hoc tax analysis for leadership.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field;
    Master’s in Taxation a plus.
  • 3–6+ years of tax experience, preferably with a focus on partnership tax.
  • Experience in public accounting and/or private industry tax departments.
  • CPA or progress toward CPA highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of partnership tax regulations and related compliance requirements.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environment.
