Overview

Aalis Management Consulting is seeking a Financial Analyst who will support a federal agency financially, ensuring efficient financial operations, compliance with regulations, and alignment with organizational goals. This role is crucial in managing financial activities, including budgeting, auditing, and forecasting, while working closely with teams and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in financial analysis, reporting, and resource management, with a focus on government processes and regulations.

Work Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to support decision-making and ensure sound financial practices.
• Oversee financial operations to ensure compliance with federal guidelines and internal

• Support the preparation and execution of financial audits and reviews, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
• Must have five years of professional experience directly related to financial analysis and

• Proficient in financial management software and tools, including Excel, financial systems, and other relevant technologies.

• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
